ACCV 2026 is committed to providing an atmosphere that encourages the free expression and exchange of ideas. It is the policy of ACCV 2026 that all participants in conference activities, including workshops, tutorials, exhibitions, poster sessions, and other associated events, will enjoy a welcoming environment free from unlawful discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
Harassment will not be tolerated in any form, including but not limited to harassment based on gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, age, religion, or any other status protected by applicable law. Harassment includes abusive, offensive, or degrading language, intimidation, stalking, harassing photography or recording, inappropriate physical contact, sexual imagery, and unwelcome sexual advances. Any report of harassment at an ACCV activity will be addressed promptly. Participants who are asked to stop harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately.
Exhibitors should not use sexualized images, activities, or other material in their booths and should refrain from the use of sexualized clothing, uniforms, or costumes, or otherwise creating a sexualized environment. Speakers should not use sexual language or images without a scientific purpose, or any language or images that would constitute harassment as defined above, in their presentations.
Speakers and presenters who use content generated or materially modified by generative AI tools, including images, video, audio, text, or other media, should take appropriate care regarding copyright and other intellectual property rights. Presenters are responsible for ensuring that their use of such content complies with applicable laws and licenses and for obtaining any necessary permissions from rights holders.
Violations should be reported to the ACCV Help Desk (contact@accv2026.org) or to the ACCV registration/reception desk at the conference venue. Reports will be handled confidentially to the extent reasonably possible. The conference organizers will review reported incidents and determine appropriate action.
Sanctions may include, but are not limited to, exclusion from one or more conference events, exclusion from the entire conference, removal of material from the online record of the conference, referral to the violator’s university or employer, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate. Registration fees and other expenses will not be refunded by the conference as a result of such sanctions.
All ACCV 2026 attendees, speakers, presenters, exhibitors, organizers, volunteers, and other participants are expected to comply with these standards of behavior.
