Registration Fee

Author Registration, Full Passport, and Student Full Passport include access to:

• Access to all conference sessions, workshops, and tutorials
• Banquet
• Welcome reception
• Coffee breaks and lunch boxes
• Program booklet

Two-Day Workshop Only Registration includes access to:

• Workshops and tutorials
• Welcome reception

Complimentary Registration is available by invitation only.

For Authors

• Each main conference or workshop paper must be covered by at least one Author Registration.
• One Author Registration may cover up to two papers in total, including main conference and workshop papers.
• You may cover more than two papers for an additional fee of JPY 40,000 per paper.

For Authors with Workshop Papers

• Authors who will attend and present their papers only at the workshops may register under the Two-Day Workshop Only Registration.
• One Two-Day Workshop Only Registration may cover up to two workshop papers.

Visa Information

Attendees, except nationals of countries and regions that are exempt from visa requirements, may need to obtain a visa to enter Japan.

If you require visa support documents from the conference organizers, please submit the necessary information using the request form below.

Please note that the documents required for a visa application and the processing time may vary depending on the applicant’s nationality and individual circumstances.

Applicants are responsible for preparing all required documents and submitting their visa applications to the appropriate Embassy or Consulate-General of Japan.

Important Note

Visa support documents will only be issued to participants who have completed their conference registration. Please complete your conference registration before submitting a request for visa support documents.

Refund Policy

All refund requests must be made via email to refund@accv2026.org. All cancellations will be subject to a JPY 10,000 cancellation fee before November 1, 2026, 11:59 PM JST. No refunds will be made after November 1, 2026.

Payment/Invoice Information

The only acceptable payment method is credit card via the registration site. We will not accept wire payment, check, or PO. A receipt will be issued upon completion. Please use the address needed for your receipt during registration. You can change this yourself if needed.
