PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

Oral Presentations

Each oral session is 60 minutes and includes four presentations.

  • Presentation time: Each speaker is allocated 13 minutes for their presentation.
  • Q&A session: After all four presentations, the remaining 8 minutes will be dedicated to a joint Q&A session. Questions may be directed to any of the four presenters.
  • Time management: Presenters must strictly adhere to the 13-minute time limit to ensure sufficient time for the joint Q&A session.
  • Poster presentation requirement: All oral presenters are also required to present a poster. Poster presentations must take place during the poster session on the same day as the oral presentation.

Slides and Presentation Equipment

  • Slide aspect ratio: 16:9.
  • Connection: HDMI only.
  • Slide submission: Presenters are not required to submit their slides in advance.
  • Presenter arrival: All presenters must check in with the session chairs during the break immediately before their oral session.

Poster Presentations

Each poster session is 2 hours long. Presenters are expected to be present at their posters during their assigned sessions to discuss their work and answer questions from attendees.

Poster Size and Format

Specification Requirement
Maximum poster size 68 × 42 inches (1,727.2 × 1,066.8 mm), width × height.
Orientation Landscape (horizontal).
  • Posters smaller than the maximum size are also acceptable.
  • The maximum height of 42 inches allows posters to be printed using standard 42-inch-wide roll paper.

We recommend a clear, visually appealing layout with large, readable text and figures. Posters should highlight the main contributions and results of the paper rather than reproduce the full paper.

Authors are responsible for preparing their posters and ensuring that they comply with the size requirements.

Poster Setup and Removal

  • Poster setup: All posters must be displayed before the assigned poster session begins.
  • Poster removal: All posters must be removed after the assigned poster session ends on the same day.
  • Unremoved posters: Posters left on the boards after the session will be discarded.

Important: Authors of papers selected for oral presentation must participate in both the oral session and the assigned poster session on the same day.

Official poster printing service is available.

No-Show Policy

All accepted papers must be presented in person by at least one of the authors at the conference.

For poster presentations, the presenter must remain at the poster throughout the entire assigned poster session and be available to explain the work and answer questions.

Papers that do not meet these presentation requirements will be considered no-shows and removed from the conference proceedings.
