If You Use the ACCV 2026 Official Poster Printing Service

Posters ordered through the official ACCV 2026 poster printing service must have the dimensions specified above. Please prepare your poster using the template provided below.

The printing service will print posters at the dimensions specified above. Files submitted in different dimensions may be automatically scaled to fit the required size. Please note that the template is provided at 50% scale due to PowerPoint’s maximum slide size limitation.

If You Do Not Use the ACCV 2026 Official Poster Printing Service

If you print the poster yourself or use another printing service, the poster must not exceed the maximum dimensions specified above. The maximum height corresponds to the width of a 42-inch roll of paper.

We also offer the official template.

Posters smaller than these maximum dimensions are acceptable, provided that they can be displayed appropriately within the allocated poster space. Please note that the template is provided at 50% scale due to PowerPoint’s maximum slide size limitation.

Poster Preparation Guidelines

We recommend using a three- or four-column layout with limited text and sufficiently large figures, tables, and diagrams.

Your poster should provide a clear visual summary of your work and support a short presentation and discussion. It should not simply reproduce the content of the paper.

Please ensure that:

• All text is legible from a reasonable viewing distance.
• Figures and tables have sufficient resolution.
• The paper title, author names, and affiliations are clearly displayed.
• The poster is prepared in landscape orientation.

Official Poster Printing Service

Posters ordered through the official printing service will be printed and delivered to the ACCV 2026 conference venue for on-site collection.

The printing service is available for:

• Main conference posters
• Workshop posters

How to Place an Order

Please submit your order through the official order website. The order website appears on November 19 (JST).

When placing your order, please enter the required information accurately.

Poster Collection

Posters ordered through the official printing service can be collected at the following locations and dates:

Please bring your paper ID (OpenReview Submission ID for main conference or WXX-YY for workshop papers).

After collection, the poster is the presenter’s responsibility. ACCV 2026 and the printing service provider cannot store or replace posters after they have been collected.

Poster Mounting and Removal

Materials for mounting posters will be provided at the poster venue unless otherwise announced.

Presenters are responsible for:

• Mounting their posters before the beginning of the assigned poster session
• Attending the poster during the designated presentation period
• Removing their posters immediately after the session

Posters that remain after the designated removal time may be discarded.

Important Notes

• The official printing service is optional.
• Presenters may print and bring their own posters as long as the posters comply with the maximum dimensions stated above.
• The same specifications apply to main conference and workshop posters.
• Presenters are responsible for checking the final poster file before submission.
• ACCV 2026 is not responsible for errors contained in files submitted to the printing service.
• Printing, delivery, cancellation, and refund policies are subject to the terms of the printing service provider.
